Welcome to AcademyNote ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AcademyNote mobile app and related services (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AcademyNote. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. AcademyNote is designed primarily for high school and university students.
If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may create, upload, and share study materials such as notes, quizzes, and flashcards.
By posting content, you grant AcademyNote a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for operating the service.
You agree not to post:
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that breaches these rules.
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase via RevenueCat. All subscription terms, renewal periods, and pricing are clearly displayed in the App Store.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies.
All trademarks, logos, and software components of AcademyNote are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
Your educational content remains your intellectual property.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior within the App.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@academynote.app.
AcademyNote provides educational tools and resources "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcademyNote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted within the App and on our website, and take effect immediately upon publication.
